KC Comfort Champs provides comprehensive residential and commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), energy efficiency consultations, custom ducted airflow configurations, ductless mini-split applications, and preventative climate maintenance programs.

Our technicians are fully equipped to diagnose, service, and maintain all heating and cooling makes and models. • Comfort Club Membership Programs: Active membership in the Comfort Club entitles the consumer to structured annual maintenance visits (comprising one dedicated Air Conditioning check and one dedicated Furnace tune-up) and pre-arranged service discounts. Comfort Club benefits are governed strictly by the separate active service agreement signed upon enrollment; memberships do not constitute insurance policies against sudden, unpredictable subsequent compressor failures or thermal cracking.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Missouri statutory provisions, the aggregate civil liability of KC Comfort Champs for any mechanical omission, installation variance, or contractual dispute shall not exceed the actual aggregate financial sums paid by the client under the specific service invoice. We assume no civil liability for pre-existing toxic mold growth, biological contamination within unmaintained duct systems, structural foundation settling beneath heavy outdoor pads, or secondary property water damage caused by historical condensation line restrictions occurring prior to our technical mobilization.
